"I was extremely nervous going to Hear Well, I knew I needed help with my hearing but was still apprehensive about it. Dr Desirae is amazing; she took time to explain everything from the testing to the hearing aids. Dr. Desirae follow up has been step by step with me and has helped me adjust to the hearing aids. "Did not feel rushed. All questions and concerns were completely answered. Was given a thorough exam. Followed up by a series of questions concerning what hearing aid features were important. Discussed various options. And was fitted for Oticon pair with molded inserts for ear canals. These are by far my best set of hearing aids compared with the last two. The office staff is very responsive and polite. Good follow up experiences as well."
