"can not say enough nice things about desirae and her staff . the whole experience was awesome let’s be honest , your already somewhat embarrassed , in my case at least , that i’m losing my hearing . i was treated with compassion , given all the knowledge and understanding of what is leading my hearing loss , and what the next steps were today i went in and got my hearing aids and desirae walked me through everything with them , how they work and how to care for them and that we would do follow up’s and adjustments over the next few weeks , just an awesome experience all around"

"It was a pleasure dealing with Desirae at Hear Well Center. She made a recommendation for hearing aids after the hearing test and consult. I went 2 days later to pick them up and get fitted. They are comfortable to wear and I am getting used to them quickly. It is so great being able to hear things clearly again. Desirae was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. "I was extremely nervous going to Hear Well, I knew I needed help with my hearing but was still apprehensive about it. Dr Desirae is amazing; she took time to explain everything from the testing to the hearing aids. Dr. Desirae follow up has been step by step with me and has helped me adjust to the hearing aids.
